Fern Design Studios Sdn Bhd also known as FERN (The Company) manages, maintains and updates this website (The Site) fern.gallery for your viewing pleasure and entertainment. By using The Site, you accept and agree to be legally bound by and comply with the Terms and Conditions as mentioned below and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree to any provision of the Terms and Conditions, please do not access this site. The Company reserves the right to modify and revise the below Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. You will not be notified on any such modifications; therefore, it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions page periodically. All product descriptions, specifications, colors, and prices are subject to change by the Company at any time without notice.
