Shipment for ready to wear items

• Confirmation and tracking number: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for you to monitor its progress. Do allow up to 1 business day for your tracking status to be updated.
• Delivery period: All orders are shipped on weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Cases of delays: Due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events, we are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. 
• Express shipping: We offer next day delivery via Grab/Lalamove (*subject to availability) for our ready-to-wear items, for our customers located in Klang Valley. For express shipping, it is subjected to RM50 flat rate, and only available for orders made from Monday through Friday. Those orders made on Friday or public holidays will be delivered on the next business day. 
• Courier Option: All parcels shipped locally or internationally are shipped based on the best options available based on the delivery location. 
• Stock: Item will be checked if it is available in-stock first, if the piece is unavailable, we will then proceed to process the item as a PRE-ORDER due to very limited quantity for each design. You will receive a notification email from us following that for the time frame needed to process the order. 

Shipment for Made-to-order items

• Delivery time frame: As our Made-to-order products are customized items, production of the purchased product will take up to 3 to 4 weeks, and shipment will take place immediately after the product is completed. 
• Follow Up: Our order fulfilment team will reach out to the customer once the parcel is ready for shipment.
• Courier Option: All parcels shipped locally or internationally are shipped based on the best options available based on the delivery location. 

International Shipment

We offer worldwide shipment for all our customers. Fees are based on an average of 0.5 - 1 kg package. Please refer to the zone that you are in for the rates. However, if you have any queries and if you’re not within the zone stated, please feel free to contact us for more information.

• Charges: For all international orders, there will be additional charges based on the location and the shipping items.
• Tax: If there’s any tax incurred for the shipping, it will be borne by the customer.
• Cases of delays: Do kindly note that there is a possibility of parcels being held in customs which would further delay in delivery in which the following delivery time does not take into account of the mentioned circumstance.

• Covid Update: Due to Covid-19, international delivery might experience delays. Please reach out to our team for further information on delivery times to your particular international destination.
