STEPS TO ORDER
For orders online: we highly recommend that you create an account with us to ensure a faster check out, and you’ll be able to access your past orders in the future. This also allows you to enjoy our VIP access on our private launches and sales.

Step 1 |
At the product page, add the item into your shopping cart by clicking “Add to cart” or “Buy it now”. |

Step 2 |
Once you have added all the items you’re interested to purchase, proceed to the check out page, by clicking the shopping bag icon located at the top right corner, and click “Check out” |

Step 3 |
You will be directed to the check out page. Here, kindly fill in your shipping details. |

Step 4 |
Enter your code accordingly if you have a promo/ discount code. |

Step 5 |
Proceed to the payment section, by clicking “Continue to payments” and choose your mode of payments from there. |

Step 6 |
Once payment is made, and order successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for you to monitor your order. |

For Made-To-Order purchases: Fill in your details on the column and our sales team will be in touch with you. We will then make our best effort to assist you through every step to create your very own unique piece. Alternatively you can contact us via instagram, live chat, or email at info@fern.gallery.
- READY-TO-WEAR orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Pre-ordered/ Made-to-order processing time of 2-4 weeks to be produced and shipped out accordingly.
- Kindly ensure that all shipping and payment details are correct before you proceed to order.
- Once the design and details have been finalised, any changes will not be allowed.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
- To track your order, simply click on the human icon located in the top right, and you’ll be directed to your Account details. There, you can view your order history, including the order you just purchased.
Please note: Our pieces are hand drawn and hand dyed, the colours and prints may vary slightly compared to our pictures. However, this makes every piece unique and one-of-a-kind as there will not be another piece exactly the same as the one you’ve purchased.
