Shipping and returns


We provide FREE delivery all across Malaysia for orders above RM 300. For orders below RM 300, there is a RM10 standard shipping fee applicable.

  • For all international orders, there will be additional charges based on the location and the shipping items.
  • Do kindly note that there is a possibility of parcels being held in customs which would further delay in delivery in which the following delivery time does not take into account of the mentioned circumstance.
  • All parcels shipped locally or internationally are shipped based on the best options available based on the delivery location. 
  • UPDATE: Due to Covid-19, international delivery might experience delays. Please reach out to our team for further information on delivery times to your particular international destination.

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for you to monitor its progress.
  • Do allow up to 1 business day for your tracking status to be updated.
  • Item will be checked if is available in-stock first, if the piece is unavailable, we will then proceed to process the item as a PRE-ORDER. You will receive a notification email from us following to that for the time frame needed to process the order. 
  • All orders are shipped on weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Signature upon delivery are required with no exceptions, therefore we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses.
  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.



  • We care dearly about the satisfactory of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your FERN online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange. Please email sales@fern.gallery prior to returning merchandise to receive a return authorization number.
  • Kindly note that SALE items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Do make sure that all merchandise returned are unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact.
  • Returns must be shipped with tracking number and exchanges must be received within 10 days of the original ship date. Do securely pack the merchandise, marking the return authorization number on the outside of the box and note the nature of the return or exchange on the invoice such as “did not fit, did not like, etc…”
  • Exchanges are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed.
  • We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Do note that all cost for return shipping with be borne by the customer and original shipping fees will not be refunded.
