Return Policy

Can I return my orders?

1. We accept returns that reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery. 
2. Products that you can return are tops, dresses, kaftans & bottoms.(exclude discounted items)
3. Please make sure all products are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and tags are still intact.
4. Please ensure items are not to be soaked. If due to this reason color runs, it is strictly not returnable.

Proof of defects must be verified by FERN DESIGN to be eligible. 

1. Color of products may vary due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real products as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter.
2. For hand drawn items, the motifs may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

How do I return my order?

1. Mail your returns to this address below:

2. Once we received your items, you will receive a text/email notification. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded. 

Terms & conditions

1. FERN is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
2. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
3. We'll drop you a text message/email notification once we've processed your parcel and will have to return your order back to you.
4. All return/exchange requests will be processed within 5 working days upon receipt of returned items.
