STEPS TO ORDER
For orders online: we highly recommend that you create an account with us to ensure a faster check out, and you’ll be able to access your past orders in the future. This also allows you to enjoy our VIP access on our private launches and sales.
Kindly notify us if you yet to receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours. For Made-To-Order purchases: kindly contact us directly via instagram, live chat, or email email@example.com, and we will liaise with you directly.
||Visit https://fern.gallery/, sign in, and browse through the items on our website. Choose the desired items.
||At the product page, add the item into your shopping cart by clicking “Add to cart” or “Buy it now”.
||Once you have added all the items you’re interested to purchase, proceed to the check out page, by clicking the shopping bag icon located at the top right corner, and click “Check out”
||You will be directed to the check out page. Here, kindly fill in your shipping details.
||Enter your code accordingly if you have a promo/ discount code.
||Proceed to the payment section, by clicking “Continue to payments” and make your payment from there.
||Once payment is made, and order successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for you to monitor your order.
**Our pieces are hand drawn and hand dyed, the colours and prints may vary slightly compared to our pictures. However, this makes every piece feel more unique and one-of-a-kind as there will not be another piece exactly the same as the one you’ve purchased.
- READY-TO-WEAR orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Pre-ordered/ Made-to-order has a waiting time of 3-4 weeks to produce and be shipped out.
- Kindly ensure that all shipping and payment details are correct before you proceed to order. Any changes after order is submitted is not allowed.
- Most of our pieces are available online and offline, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check store availability.
