When ordering with us, simply add the items that you would like to buy and proceed to the check out. We highly recommend that you create an account with us to ensure a faster check out for your future orders while enjoying VIP access on our private launches and sales. Just click on the top right button “Account” to get started.

Once at the checkout page, if you have a discount code, simply enter your code accordingly in the discount code box. If not, proceed to choosing your preferred payment method. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. When your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for you to monitor its progress. Do allow up to 1 business day for your tracking status to be updated. 

Note that pieces that are pre-ordered has a waiting time of 3-4 weeks to produce and be shipped out. Most of our pieces are available online and offline, however what we do not have in our inventory may be available at our store or stockists. If you’d like to check on our in store availability, feel free to contact us at info@fern.gallery. Since our pieces are hand drawn and hand dyed, the colours and prints may vary slightly compared to our pictures. However, this makes every piece feel more unique and one-of-a-kind as there will not be another piece exactly the same as the one you’ve purchased.

We want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with us therefore we will work efficiently to process your orders quickly. Any amendments to your order details and/or delivery address will not be entertained once your order has been processed. Please confirm that all your details have been checked and correct prior to purchasing.

All payments made on fern.gallery are secure and we currently only accept payments via PayPal. For any other payment methods, you can directly chat with us directly. **Alternatively, you can contact us directly as we accept online bank transfer and your orders will be processed personally by us as well. 

Please note that the price may slightly differ due to shopify currency exchange rate. 

Promo codes are often only applicable for normal priced items unless stated otherwise. Pricing may differ online and offline as online exclusive sales does not necessarily reflect in the prices offline. Offline promotion codes can only be exclusively used at our Bangsar Village II flagship store and cannot be used at our other stockists.

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. Only one discount code is allowed to be used at the same time, however discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

FERN reserves the right to cancel promotional offers and promo codes at any time, while amending the terms and conditions of our promo codes without any prior notice.

We provide FREE delivery within Klang Valley and all across Malaysia. 

For all international orders, there will be additional charges based on the location and the shipping items. Do kindly note that there is a possibility of parcels being held in customs which would further delay in delivery in which the following delivery time does not take into account of the mentioned circumstance. All local or international parcels are shipped by Pos Malaysia.

All orders are shipped on weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Signature upon delivery are required with no exceptions, therefore we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

**We offer FREE RETURN but do note that all cost for return shipping will be subjected to case-by-case. 

We care dearly about the satisfactory of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your FERN online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange. Please email info@fern.gallery prior to returning merchandise to receive a return authorization number. Kindly note that sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Do make sure that all merchandise returned are unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact. Returns must be shipped with tracking number and exchanges must be received within 10 days of the original ship date. Do securely pack the merchandise, marking the return authorization number on the outside of the box and note the nature of the return or exchange on the invoice such as “did not fit, did not like, etc…”

Exchanges are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed. We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Our sizes are based from standard sizing measurements but may vary slightly by 1-2 centimeters as our pieces are individually sewn by our in-house seamstresses.

Our free size garments are able to fit up to L size.
